    Saga is a specialist in the provision of products and services for life after 50. Saga will use the complete Tigerbay platform across its holiday brands. Titan Travel will make use of the existing extensive tours functionality, Saga Holidays will use new packaging functionality in its “Stay” business, and the Saga Cruise brand will also implement Tigerbay to promote its cruise product.

    This is an exciting time for Saga Travel and we’re delighted to be working with Tigerbay. Following an extensive review of the software on the market we selected Tigerbay for their ability to support our current product as well as our future plans.

    Newmarket Holidays

    Newmarket Holidays is one of the UK’s largest independent operators offering a wide range of escorted holidays and cruises around the world together with a range of event-based breaks. Tigerbay has replaced Newmarket’s in-house reservation system and will also provide a web platform to power its B2C, B2B and third party affiliate sites.

    Voyages Jules Verne

    Voyages Jules Verne, part of the Kuoni specialist division in the UK, operates small group escorted tours around the world. Jules Verne went live with Tigerbay in October 2017, using it for all aspects of its day-to-day business.

    Tigerbay's day-to-day usability is fantastic. Bookings now take half the time they did with the previous system. It has helped us increase efficiency, improve accuracy and streamline our business.

    Ace Cultural Tours

    ACE Cultural Tours operate escorted group cultural tours. They use the Tigerbay platform to manage their group tours, customers, quotes and bookings, and to issue all documentation. Tigerbay also provides their integrated website powered by its CMS.

    Having delivered positive performance and lead generation improvements from our brochure website launched last year, the obvious next step for us is a fully transactional e-commerce website. The team will be working with Tigerbay to establish a new My Client area and to drive simple CRM capabilities.

    Martin Randall

    Martin Randall operates two escorted group tour brands and manages their business activities using Tigerbay. Tours are loaded, priced and sold in the system both on and offline. The integrated websites allow customers to view detailed product information held within Tigerbay’s CMS, and then to securely book and manage bookings online.

    The whole business is using Tigerbay’s software to drive efficiency and put our clients at the centre of everything we do. We went through a thorough process of reviewing the relevant systems in the market, and found that Tigerbay was the best fit for our business. The system provides the tours functionality, integrated CMS and e-commerce capabilities we currently need, and gives us the flexibility we’d like for the future.     CV Villas

    Part of the Kuoni Specialist Group, CV Villas manage their relationships and contractual details with villa suppliers within Tigerbay’s reservations platform. All customer details are captured and stored securely with quote and booking management. CV Villas bookings can typically be complex and Tigerbay helps CV Villas manage this seamlessly, along with issuing high quality documentation, operational and accounting reports.

    Since implementing Tigerbay it takes half the time it previously did to make a new booking. It has improved efficiency and accuracy by enabling us to access all product information in one place, and the integrated DMS has helped us to generate improved documentation. Tigerbay’s interface is logical and straightforward, making staff training easy, and the Tigerbay team have been supportive, friendly and efficient.

    Mark Warner

    Mark Warner uses Tigerbay’s reservations and e-commerce platform to power their whole business, using it to manage product, customers, quotes, bookings, documentation and reporting. The Mark Warner website is developed and managed by Tigerbay and powered by our CMS.

    We implemented Tigerbay in 6 months and went live as planned. The implementation was very smooth. The system is easy to use and made training straightforward. Once we started using the system we were able to customise parts of the functionality more effortlessly than we had anticipated. We work closely with Tigerbay on a regular basis.     Beachcomber Tours

    Beachcomber Tours create tailor-made holidays in exclusive resorts. The operator uses Tigerbay to manage their complex accommodation contracts. Amadeus integration enables tailor-made bookings for both B2C and B2B customers. All customer documentation including quotes and booking confirmations are generated using Tigerbay’s DMS. Reporting and accounting functions also take place in Tigerbay’s platform.

    We went live six months after starting the project, as planned. Tigerbay guided us through a smooth implementation. The team are very knowledgeable and through constant communication they helped us prioritise appropriately to ensure the initial installation project went well.

  • Skiworld


    Ski World uses Tigerbay’s full reservations and e-commerce platform with online booking functionality, and a post-booking B2C and B2B customer self-service tool “My Skiworld”. Advanced features allow Ski World to use a rules engine for packaging their product, managing yield and having the flexibility to update prices as necessary. Access to customer data at all stages of the quote and booking process allows them to provide great customer service. The reporting and analysis from the system provides management information for timely, informed business decisions.

    When looking for a new system, Tigerbay was the obvious choice for us. The system is user-friendly and flexible, and the team are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and have guided us through the implementation project. We have some specific system requirements which enable us to differentiate our product from others in the market, and Tigerbay has worked with us to find the appropriate solution to manage this effectively.     Turquoise Holidays offers luxury holidays, honeymoons and a gift list registry. It uses Tigerbay’s e-commerce platform and CMS to power a Tigerbay-developed, functionally rich website.

    Launching a new website is never easy, but it has been a pleasure to be working alongside Tigerbay. Carl Morgan and his team have kept us on the straight and narrow, and their experience, knowledge and expertise has really paid off for us with enquiries running at 25% up on last year.
