Newmarket Holidays is one of the UK’s largest independent operators offering a wide range of escorted holidays and cruises around the world together with a range of event-based breaks. Voyages Jules Verne
Voyages Jules Verne, part of the Kuoni specialist division in the UK, operates small group escorted tours around the world. Jules Verne went live with Tigerbay in October 2017, using it for all aspects of its day-to-day business.Tigerbay's day-to-day usability is fantastic. Ace Cultural Tours
ACE Cultural Tours operate escorted group cultural tours. They use the Tigerbay platform to manage their group tours, customers, quotes and bookings, and to issue all documentation. Tigerbay also provides their integrated website powered by its CMS.Having delivered positive performance and lead generation improvements from our brochure website launched last year, the obvious next step for us is a fully transactional e-commerce website. The team will be working with Tigerbay to establish a new My Client area and to drive simple CRM capabilities.

Part of the Kuoni Specialist Group, CV Villas manage their relationships and contractual details with villa suppliers within Tigerbay’s reservations platform. All customer details are captured and stored securely with quote and booking management. CV Villas bookings can typically be complex and Tigerbay helps CV Villas manage this seamlessly, along with issuing high quality documentation, operational and accounting reports.Since implementing Tigerbay it takes half the time it previously did to make a new booking. It has improved efficiency and accuracy by enabling us to access all product information in one place, and the integrated DMS has helped us to generate improved documentation. Amadeus integration enables tailor-made bookings for both B2C and B2B customers. All customer documentation including quotes and booking confirmations are generated using Tigerbay’s DMS.
