Key Responsibilities- Provide 1st line support to customers via ticketing system and phone calls.
- Evaluate ticket impact and urgency, gathering necessary information for each type of request.
- Keep customers informed of progress and updates regarding their tickets.
- Foster strong relationships with Tigerbay customers to deliver personalised support.
- Test product functionality and replicate user scenarios to better understand customer needs and issues.
- Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency in task management, adept at identifying and prioritising tasks, and possessing the experience to recognise the appropriate moments to seek input from colleagues or managers.
 Experience and Skills Required- Experience in a customer support or help desk role.
- Experience of working in a Tour Operator business is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- A keen interest in SAAS Technology, is advantageous.

- Ensure knowledge assets are structured in ways that support AI integration and automation.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and continuously improve them.
 Experience and Skills RequiredIf you are from a Knowledge background: - Proven experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of knowledge capture methodologies and digital tools.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and how structured data supports machine learning and automation.

You will play a key role throughout our agile development lifecycle, working to define, design, build and deliver new customer features. Alongside new feature development you will help to ensure that the existing platform continues to function as intended. The Tigerbay platform, hosted on Azure, has an extensive web based front end and a comprehensive restful API and you will help to develop and support these components. This role would suit a graduate or junior developer, who is keen to make a difference as part of a small development team. Attention to detail and a passion for quality are key characteristics. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will join an Agile team and working closely with a senior developer you will help to ensure your teams goals are achieved. You will develop robust, well tested and fully documented features that advance the Tigerbay platform. You will also work with our Product Specialists to investigate and fix problems in production environments. Working with your team you will directly engage with our customers. Discussing problems, designing solutions and demonstrating completed features. This communication is vital to ensure we continue to deliver software of quality that fulfils our customer’s needs. Our platform is written in dotnet and hosted on Azure where we make use of a broad range of their services.
